Chaos

Hey all ...I'm looking the factory speaker specs for a 2001 4Runner SR5. I would like to replace the tweeters up near the rear view mirrors. I think they are 25 mm but not sure, and I dont think the factoy's will handle the power from my Memphis 250X2 amp.. Any help would be greatly appreciated !!
