  1. I have a 2019 Camry XSE with the standard stereo system and I recently purchased a new Samsung Note 20 phone. The previous Samsung Note 8 device had no issue using the controls in the car to make phone calls. With the new Note 20 device, when I try to call out through the vehicle stereo system the call immediately drops. I have to physically pickup the phone and start the call from the phone. Once the call is started it works fine though the Bluetooth system in the vehicle. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the Bluetooth system in the car or the Samsung device, but I have not had this issue with any other phone models. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to try or where to lodge a complaint?
