Recommended new Tires for a 2014 Camry LE - for everyday driving in Midwest - good Rain performance - what has been proven year over year to be just a solid can't do wrong choice to put on my 'new to us' used car?

Is this a good car for a beginner driver? Any known issues for this year and style? Hoping it just needs routine maintenance for the light driving it would get moving forward used by our daughter maybe to and from work and back and forth to school. Was considering a Honda civic 2015 with 38k miles and a tricked out Kia Optima 2013 with 78k miles. Hoping this is a winner!
