The fuel filter is located on the drivers side(left side)below the air-box. Remove the air-box to make removal and intallation easy. Its mounted on the shock tower.

Try clearing the code first. See if the mil-light stays off. If it comes back on change the A/F sensor. You can get them from"OxygenSensors.com",at a reasonable price.
