Kanji Posted December 5, 2010 Share Posted December 5, 2010 I have been having problems with my keyless remote and keys. Lock did not respond right away first. I had to push the remote several times. It was getting worse. I cleaned up. It was dusty inside. It unlocks and locks after I push several times. Slightly better now.It has a brand new battery. Another problem is I cannot unlock or lock with keys. The car also has one month old battery. Should I buy a new keyless remote? Any suggestions? I had your experience about a year ago. It's quite frustrating when you walk up to your parked car and you can't open your car door. Worse thing is people passing by staring glancing in your direction. I bought a new remote and programmed it to work with my car. New remote has lasted up to a year and still going strong.
