BabsG Posted April 22 Share Posted April 22 I purchased this car—a mid-life crisis, if you will—in 1998. It has been a blast to drive, especially with the top down on warm summer evenings. I love that the mileage is low: 61,300. Previously, I owned and drove a 1983 Tercel 4WD for 30+ years, and recently gifted my 2005 Matrix with 139,000+ miles. The Celica is my baby (next to my 2013 Lexus 350ES), and I have kept it up over the years with new paint and upholstery. Admittedly, it is hard finding parts for minor repairs.
