Rebuild - won't start

So, i'm hoping i didn't just waste $3k.
2010 Camry, 2.5L auto. 288k miles.
After 13 years' great service it was time for an overhaul - Trans was rumbling & motor was burning oil.
Full drivetrain remove/rebuild/replace. All back together but i can't get it to start. I swear all the cables are plugged in & I don't have any "extra" parts. Motor turns over fine - but i only get spark on one cylinder (#3). I've swapped plugs & coils several times so pretty sure it's not them (plugs are new, coils are original)., I also have some OBD codes:
010, 013, 113, 353

010 & 013 are about cam position actualtor circuit; i've checked Cam oil control valve, it has appropriate resistance (measured 7 ohms) and when hooked to 12V plunger actuates. Wiring to ECM is good, no shorts or opens noted.

113 is Intake air temp circuit high input; I checked resistance on that, it's about 1400 ohms at room temp, down to 900 or so when heated with hair dryer. Wiring to ECM rings good, no shorts or opens noted

353 is an ignition coil alert - again. all wiring rings out, and i have confidence the coil is OK (but i'm willing to replace on spec)

I bought a new ECM & replaced it - didn't make any difference in codes (except to throw an extra, 2017, for a feature not on this car - an "intake manifold runner position sensor" - which the manual says is only on CA models (this is east coast)

I"m about to replace coils but have low confidence that will fix the issue. Looking for suggestions on further troubleshooting & possible ways i could have hosed this thing up.
