Toolward Posted November 18, 2022 Share Posted November 18, 2022 The remote start from the app works fine. The doors must be locked which makes sense. But when the drivers door is unlocked to enter the running car, it shuts off. Doesn't matter if I use the key fob to unlock the door or just grab the handle. Seems stupid. My 2014 Ford didn't behave that way. And Ford didn't make me pay for the convenience after a year. Anyone know how to prevent the shut off?
