FM20John Posted October 27, 2022 Share Posted October 27, 2022 Hello, I tried to update the navigation system in my 2011 Venza by installing a new map DVD. I removed the old DVD and installed the new one. But I got the message “No DVD Please insert a map DVD”. I removed the new DVD and reinstalled the old map DVD and Now I get the same message from it too. I have removed and swapped the DVDs several times and always get the same message. FM20John Posted October 29, 2022 Author Share Posted October 29, 2022 Hi Matt, my car is a 2011 Venza and it doesn’t have a slot for an SD card. It only takes map data from a DVD. My question is why the DVD player isn’t reading the updated map DVD or the older one - which is was reading correctly before I tried to install the update.
