another would be to get an AWD setup or cheaper yet, sell your car and get an audi quattro. solves problem of switchin between seasons. :)

Haven't been back here in a while, but I've got one quick question that maybe you might be able to help me with. Does anyone know of a company online that offers upgrade ECU chips for a 1.8 Corolla 1zz-fe engine??? I've searched the forums but nothing was found, so if you could be kind enough to point me in the right direction, I'd highly appreciate it. Thanks.

To be honest mate - i don't know of any aftermarket camshafts available for the new Corrola... :(
That said, I know TTE have a supercharger conversion ;)
yeah buddy, i know it has the supercharger available but that is just a whole lot more maintenance. i'll look around some more, but if you find stuff let me know. peace.
would supercharger be compatable with a cam kit tho? down the road i was thinking about adding headers, exhaust mani, the works... probably thru skunk2 or dc sport.

i got a '04 corolla and was googl'ing the aftermarket parts for toyota. of which, i could not find any camshaft kits for corollas. if you guys could help a brother out, i'd much appreciate it.
oh yeah. it drives on vvt-i engine and is automatic :P

Got another one for you guys! My warranty is still in effect for another 20+ thousand miles. I was thinking after that expired, I'd get the turbo kit for my baby. Has anyone in this forum ever had a turbo installed on their 1zz-fe engine? How do you like it? As compared to the supercharger that is standard on the XRS model, how do these two compare: to anyone who's driven both types of Corollas.
