Our 2013 Highlander (bought new with all service at dealer) now has a strong mold odor when AC is on. Initial dealer contact response was that they had never heard of this. Separate web searches identified same complaint from other Highlander owners. Have others in this forum experienced this problem? Seems to me to be a Toyota technical problem- I have never had this before. Thanks for any insight.
