How often does it need to be changed?  I have 75,000 on the car.  The dealership wants big money to do it, obviously.  The manual only mentions it at the 75,000 mile (I believe) if I'm towing heavy things and I've never even towed a light item.  Some websites I've seen said that Hybrids don't even need it done.  Finally, how easy is it to do on my own?  Is it just one thing to do, or multiple?
