Having a problem with the speedometer drive. Cable seems good when it is off the car and I turn one end - the other end turns. The drive on the transmission seems secure and I checked that the cable lines up with the slotted drive but when I run the car (on jack stands) the cable only turns if i apply light pressure to the end of the cable.  It won't spin the speedometer. Is the drive inside the transmission slipping?
