Toyota Venza 2021 Windshield cracking in 2 weeks

Just got a new Toyota Vena 2021. Winter driving two large cracks that happened from small rocks hitting windshield. Within one hour the small rock chip that hit the windshield cracked right across the passenger side. Never seen anything like this happen before. The next rock that hit the windshield cracked immediately a long crack. Do these windshields lack integrity? Have read in the USA that many people have experienced same problem. Reached out to Toyota Canada, no help at all. Very concerning only 2 weeks old barely 2000km and already have to replace windshield because two large across the windshield cracks have happened? Is this poor glass? Are these vehicles for summer driving only?

ANY ONE ELSE EXPERIENCE THIS. NEED TO LET TOYOTA KNOW THAT YOU ARE HAVING THE SAME ISSUES! lOVE TO HEAR YOUR STORY!

Had the same thing happen to my 2021 Venza. The stone hit the lower windshield towards the passenger side and now the crack is going across the glass towards the drivers side. Two weeks earlier we were hit by a stone about 1 1/2” up from the top of the windshield on the glass roof, it has now started to crack! The glass cannot be repaired because it is only 1 piece, not double safety glass like windshield. The glass top will have to be replaced. In 2 weeks the car has sustained about $7500 of glass damage. Never seen glass as delicate as this 2021 Venza!

Driving our 2021 Toyota Venza on the interstate, when an 18 wheeler threw a small gravel that hit low on the passengers side. There was a small 1/2” crack that we were going to have repaired by a guy who does this kind of work for us. However, when we got in our car the next morning, the crack had gone all the way down to the bottom of the windshield on the passenger side, then spread half way across to the drivers side. We have had windshield chips in every car we have ever owned but we have never seen anything like this before. Toyota said it’s not covered under warranty.
