leon lazarus
I assume that the contract is legal, except for showing the wrong signature date. I have dealt with Dayton Toyota for many years, aNd this if the first funny business they tried to pull on me. i am really surprised. It appears to be very difficult to make a valid claim. i have to pay half the cost of arbitration, which according to the arbitration web site, could be hundreds or thousands of dollars. the arbitration fee might be larger than the contract amount. I recently moved to florida, and the florida toyota dealer never heard of a dent and ding warranty. Does anyone have any ideas? Could the better business bureau help? Is this a scam? Does anyone know how much of the contract fee goes to vehicle repairs? has anyone out there bought a dent and ding warranty? has anyone made a valid claim? what should i do?
