paul a Posted February 10, 2007 Share Posted February 10, 2007 i got a fuel pressure regulator for my 99 rolla but i am not sure how to install it and if i have to wait for the car to cool overnight so i dont spill fuel all over the place when i take the rail off .... any insight would be helpful on how to install one pics maybe.... B-R-T Posted September 2, 2007 Share Posted September 2, 2007 You dont have to wait overnight for your car to cool down. Wait just a few hours until it cools down. Fuel pressure will not drop with temperature. When it cools down, put something under the FPR ant remove it. Just do it slowly. There will be some gasoline coming form the rail, but not too much. I suggest to do this job outside, because of the gasoline fumes. And its better to disconnect the battery when you do the job. And of course..
