Palmer
Can anyone recommend a relatively low-cost OBD scanner that would work on a 1994 4Runner (6 cylinder)? Would this SUV take an OBD I or OBD II - type scanner? Thanks.

If so, you can get that done for free at places like AutoZone.
stevelaw
Yeah, and if he's in the southeast, Advance auto parts will pull it for free as well. Do you need to pull just one code? Thanks. hi, my friend, I am sure that your car is the obdI, if your car has the 20 pin connector, I know MINI VCI can diagnose for your car, if your car is 16 pin connector, you need to purshare the 20 pin convert. If you just want to diagnose code, you can go to the auto zone. good luck...
