Carl Vermandere
My main relay (the one in the passenger side kicker panel) is getting power but doesn't energize...I'm thinking it's a bad ground (the truck has been sitting for quite a while) - the only thing is that the wiring diagrams I find online and even in my Haynes 'manual' are useless (if they are even for a four cylinder they won't tell you the colors of the wires, etc.). Does anyone know which wire IS ground? What color did Toyota use in 1994? OR can anyone send me a good wiring diagram? I'd certainly give you $20 for one if it showed the wires colors! Toyota Owners Club
Hi Carl....welcome to the Forum Does the engine have a crankshaft sensor? If so, is this generating a signal? It would need a signal from somewhere (could be distributor sensor) which signifies that the engine is rotating to energise the relay
