kcripper
I found this online after having the same thing happen on my 2017: Normal characteristics after turning off the engine. Approximately 5 hours after the engine is turned off, you may hear a sound coming from under the vehicle for several minutes. THis is because the fuel evaporation leakage check is performed and is not a malfunction.
LeoS
kcripper is correct. It is the on-board vacuum pump running to verify the evaporative emissions system is operating correctly. You can find this explanation in the owner's manual also.
