problem on blitz supercharger

Hi everyone, i have a wierd problem with my Vlitz at the moment

Its a 1.5 VVTI

I imported the car from japan, which came with a Blitz Bolt on kit, which comes with Blitz Chipped ECu and the control box

As the car arrive engine check light was on and it couldnt rev properly,

FIrst i send it back to Toyota for a check

THe faul is

As i Rev up from 1 to 2nd and 3rd or when is underload say coming up a hill

From 2800 to 3500rpm at full throttle the car will ***** but after 3500rpm fault will go away and recv properly all the way to the red line

It came up with the code - fault in the VTTI system - and came to faulty VVTI solenoid, so they replaced but the light is still on

So there is still a fault there and they gave up checking and gave the car back so where else can i go?

Did a wiring check by checkin contunity from the plug at the solenoid to ECU. It seems to be fine

Has anyone check the volage for the two wires at the solenoid? which is a Red/Black and Red/White

I found there is 5 volt at the Red/Black wire and nothing on the red/white

I dont have a shop manual so i have no idea if there is power for red / white.

Comparing with at AE111 4age engine there should be power on both wires so ? ? ?

Also the engine check light has gone off all a sudden

I have unplugged at the solenoid and turn the ignition on and also started the car but now engine check light stays off?

IF its unplugged and i fire up the car, doesnt engine check light comes ON coz it will be check as no signal??

I took it out for a drive, still had it discounnted but no light comes on ? ? but the car still faults

Does anyone has any idea what can it be? ? ?

Coz i dont know where to start

It only happens at full throttle

if u rev it up slowly thu that rpm then say 4000rpm and floor it, it wont fault

Even though the situation seems complex, the solution may be simple. I have an un modded 2000 Echo, I had a CEL on throwing misfires in the plugs. Meh, I think, a simple change of the plugs, and the CEL light goes away. (I even talked about it HERE but I get in and start her up, and I still have a CEL light  Ok, so off to auto zone I go, there are no codes being thrown. I go home, and scour the forums at Echofans, and it seems to be that I need to reset the electric system by simply disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. This resets the CEL, among other things like the MAF and VVTi solenoids and computer components, and the CEL went away with some simple trouble shooting.

Expect the car to run like ass for the first 15-20 miles warm until the computers can get their comparitive readings and you should be in business.

IF this doesnt work, then I would call upon Wraith or Toytech as he has had the blitz turbo and very well may have had experience in a similar problem
