Bandman
Hi Our 2013 Avalon has had a unfortunate life the past 6 months or so. It has failed to start several times resulting having the battery jumped and replaced. Now it has been towed to the dealership service center. I have been told that it must be driven often to keep the battery in shape. We are retired and sometimes the car does not get driven for 3 - 5 days. I would think that a battery should keep it's charge for a longer time. I have been told that the new cars have so much electronic items running while the car is resting. Has anyone experienced this dilemma with newer Avalons? Thanks
