Ive got a 1993 paseo and its bone stock, and thats the problem. I bought the car for 400 bucks and drove it home. It has a great interior a little bit of cosmetic damage and 180,000 miles but runs and drives great. I took it to the track and on an eight of a mile t ran 65 miles an hour and got a 10.4 on my best run. But that aint fast enough. Ive looked for engine mods but very little luck. I cant really afford to take the car off the road for more than a weekend so a motor swap is out. Ive thought about building a custom turbo kit but i still dont think thats gonna do what i want it to speed wise. I was wondering if anybody knows if you can bolt a different head on that motor and build compression, horsepower , etc. without having to dump a lot of cash. Also besides an underdrive cold or short ram and exhaust are there any companies that manufacture any other bolt on performance parts? Any and all tips would be greatly appreciated. Oh yea if i could find a 4e-fte would it be hard to swap it out over my 5e-fe? would that head bolt directly on with minor adjustments? thanks any pics or ideas give me a shout
