I recommend that you resubmit this post onto the Avalon section of the website. This is the Camry section and Avalon readers probably are not looking on the Camry section.

I have a 1995 (first production year) Avalon XLS (single owner) with 168,000 miles. I know I don't win the mileage contest, but just wanted to say the car still runs like a new car. Best car I have ever owned.

1995 Avalon XL with 427,000 miles this month, single owner. Shooting for 500K! Still cranks up instantly every morning. All I give it is gas, oil changes and tires.

Nice! You must live in that thing to get that kind of miles...lots of driving.

Certainly not the most, but our original owner 96 has 163,000. Been repainted, new timing belt, new front struts, new rack and pinion, new cv joints, new rear struts. Oil, brakes, and tires every now and then. Best car value for my money EVER.... Not sure I would even part with it after my daughter graduates from college in two years. Just to prove a point, I may hang on to it. The Avalon Energizer Bunny!!!!!!! Engineered in Japan and built in Georgetown, KY. Detroit can't even touch that quality..

I am the second owner of a 2008 Avalon Limited and it's at 228000. It rides like a 78 Caddy without the maintenance problems and way better gas mileage.

Original owners of a 1999 Avalon XLS sporting 284,000 miles, and driving it daily. Great car, have been putting off a new car for 10 years!😉
