Rattling noise.
I have a 05 sequoia that's has 293 on the clock. New timing belt and water pump. Just replace all of these parts win I replaced my starter.
Toyota Owners Club
I would seriously look in the area of the new timing belt and water pump as there may be fouling on the covers or something hasn't been installed correctly
decombs21
You may wish to inspect the tensioner and idler pulleys for the timing belt. This may be indicated by a "rattling" sound that goes away after a few minutes. This is likely due to the grease settling overnight and then getting spread about after a few minutes. My Camry had it.
