kennethmac
I am New Member (last week). Bought 02 Camry 2 yrs ago,,,116k miles. Asked local dealer about "official" service manual. He gave me the # of RM881U. Was going to buy but price was about $120.00. I said no. Surfing this new site last week and found RM881U in PDF format (just exactly what I wanted), in a website called Camrystuff.com. This was found as a Link in Toyota Owners Club US. Would anyone know where that link is just in case computer deletes that link or something screwy happens. Part of reason for post is to also try to find same type of OFFICIAL service manual for a friend who has a 98 Avalon. We both are decent mechanics if we have the book to guide us. Leighcm
Truth doesn't have to be quite so brutal. <_<
oldnslo
You are crappy mechanics if you need a book to guide you... Does this mean you know all of the proper torque specs etc.. for all your vehicles. Or do follow the philosphy that plugs only need to be changed when the car don't start, tranny fluid-there is such a thing and it's supposed to be changed!! Just curious. I have been wrenchin for years and I never got that good yet. Not startin a war, just sayin some of us are more cautious than others.
