Leighcm
What happened leading up to this issue? Did you do something to the disc?
surge
What happened leading up to this issue? Did you do something to the disc? There's a way to bypass the lockout while driving and I've done it plenty of times without issue. Unfortunately, there are some other buttons on the screen that should not be touched. One of them changes the program that the NAV runs. I inadvertently changed it to read the Japanese program so now it is looking for the Japanese LOADING.KWI file. Leighcm
So you need to go back into the override, and change the language back, right? ...or can't you get that far?

That's correct.. now that it is looking for a Japanese disk, it won't go anywhere. Check the post I have linked and you'll see the screen that it stops at. Leighcm
How long did you disconnect the battery for? Did you give it at least 5-10 minutes?
