My niece broke down with her 2000 Celica GT so it's at my place to get fixed. When the engine is turned off the shifter seems to find every gear but as soon as you start it there are no gears to find? The clutch feels normal and I bled the slave cylinder. Could this be the brake master since it shares that with the clutch? -
I bought a 2000 Toyota Echo Sedan and ive been driving it for about a week and i noticed that there wasnt a CEL when i turn the key so I decided to get it plugged in to see if there was any codes just incase it was burnt out. I got it plugged in at Advance Auto Parts with there little computer then at a mechanic shop with a nice comp and both returned with code P050 which is an emissions code. I was wondering what it could be how much it would be to fix and what does it effect. I bought the car bc of the MPGs and its good but not as ridiclous as I expected like 40mpgs i was told. I bought the car from someone on clist who buys and sells cars. thank you in advance Edward
