I am buying a 4000 lb travel trailer which is the heaviest allowed before gear is added. Where is the wiring harness for the brake control switch and where should it be mounted?

I have a 2013 4Runner and I am buying a 4000 lb travel trailer which is the heaviest allowed before added gear. I can't find a place to mount the trailer brake control and where is the wiring harness it plugs into?
