  1. Just found out my windshield wiper fluid is leaking on my 2004 solara. I took the insulting lining off the inside of the hood and found that ends were stretched out and fell off the nozzle. I clipped the ends and tried to reattach them, but the connector to the nozzle is covered by metal with a narrow openning, too narrow to reach in and attach the hose by hand. Any tips on attaching these?
  2. I'm a student going into my second year at Georgia Southern for mechanical engineering. I used to drive a 1997 Volvo S90, which was solid as a rock. But it was a hand-me down from my dad so I couldn't take it to school with me. It's a four hour drive from where I live, so i figured I should get a car that I'd enjoy driving B) . Just purchased a 2004 solara with a manual transmission and the I-4. I thought the bright red paint job was a little too in-your-face at first, but now I kinda dig it. Once I make back the money I spent on the car, I'm going after the sound system. The car came with an iPod jack running through the compartment in the console, but it still has the factory system in it. I can't get it to work, so I'm guessing the car dealer just put it in there deceptively. Until I get that checked out I'll just have to enjoy the ride!
