    Does anyone know a good Toyota to sleep in?

    Hello All

    I need to get a new car, but I want to get a prctical one. I just got back from Norway and checked out the Toyota Avensis. I really like that car, but there's nothing like it here in the US. I want a toyota that I can go to work in and drive around town, but I also want to fold down the seats and sleep in on camping trips. Does anyone have any good suggestions?

    A S/C for the 1.5 litre engine?  I just love to see the service manager york up a hairball when I ask him to fit that and retain the warranty, but if your right then I'm all over that puppy!

    this was done by some people in england, but they took the trip to germany to get it supercharged :D

    Glad to see you are loving it, its brillant if you lay down the revs. over 3k ;)

    I suggest some coilovers and a fujistubo exhuast if you have the money :D

    nice HB and nice write up! when i changed my springs me and another guy did it the ghetto way, we didn't use a spring compressor on the front struts, they barely had any pressure on them anyhow. We held the strut upside down against a think piece of foam with the rachet on the nut, and pushed down on the strut while holding the ratchet in place with our feet and then turned, then POP and it was off, then new one went on :)

    lol, i was gonna try something like that but i was a bit scared!

    My mate did it apparantly and the top of the struct just shot off, and he has this massive dent/hole in his roof :lol:

    Whats with the huge spaces in the arches from toyota lately? Get them lowered ffs

    Come on guys, get posting, and STICK AROUND, have pleasure in watching it grow!!

    Trust me, once TOC USA gets going, you will

    a) never look back

    b)think its hella better than the other clubs

    and TOC USA has so much to offer, but only if its worth their time ;)

    Shutting seat belt lights

    I love Toyota and Lexus, but I am disgusted with the seat belt warning lights and tones. They keep blinking and sounding. Most other companies list how to turn off the features in the owners manual, but not Toyota or Lexus. If anyone knows how to do it I would be extremely grateful. I have a 2004 Corolla LE and an 2002 Lexus IS 300. I would like to stick with the two companies when I upgrade, but if these issues can't be dealt with I am going to switch Mercedes or another company with less ridiculus safety ideals. Thank you for any help that can be provided.

    Are you wearing your seatbelt?

    If not why? it will save your life.
