This car has 154,xxx miles, and has never been in an accident. It's dark red with red interior. It has alloy wheels, tinted windows, security system, new tires, new AM/FM/CD and speakers (Best Buy, about $400!), radiator and battery. It's been well maintained, with oil changes every 3,000 miles. The hood and sunroof have small rust spots. The A/C, heater, cooling, electrical, emissions exhaust, fuel and suspension are all in great shape. However — it needs work — The engine has blown a head gasket (probably between two cylinders). It can be driven for a few minutes, but it eventually forces coolant back out of the radiator. I did some Internet research, and talked to a local Drag Racer who uses this type of engine... It's a strange situation... The Toyota service manual actually had wrong torque specs (!), and it should use a metal head gasket instead of the stock one. So IMHO, the engine could be fixed by shade-tree mechanic.
