Am I in the right place for this? If not....sorry. Bought my friend (no $$) a 1990 Tercel. Seemed OK, but idles (in drive) rough...dies occassionally...doesn't feel all that safe in traffic, ya know? Idle is great in Park and Nuetral. Had carb replaced, does run a little better than at first, but will still stall (SOMETIMES) , and takes a LONG time to warm up, as it did at first. All else (timing included) seems fine. Will also be tough to start (SOMETIMES) once warmed a few minutes, then shut off. ANY help is greatly appreciated. I'm new...so please be gentle.
