Dear Toyota Owners , We are presently working with Toyota to do service quality checks at the Toyota Service Centers only in CT, NJ, and NY. The way this program works is that we ask Toyota vehicle owners to take their vehicle to a selected Toyota dealership and get their vehicle serviced with an oil change (a $35.00 value). In exchange for your time and oil change, we ask that in return you fill out a questioner online letting us know what your overall service experience was. Since the dealerships are not aware of you doing this, you will be required to pay the bill in full at the time of the service.
