    If you are looking for parts at a local dealer some offer club discounts. I live in the San Francisco Bay area and Toyota 101 in Redwood City offers a 15% discount.

    I am a new member. I had a similar problem on my CD changer. I removed the unit and took it to http://www.sotelectronics.com/ in Concord, CA, an authorized Delphi audio service center. They repaired it for about $200 in 2004. I have had no problems since.
