My BT will no longer activate on my 2013 Highlander. I go into set up and see the screen and everything "Bluetooth Off" is greyed out. I touch the bar and the open square with no results. I have also tried the reset sequence and the dealership tried the reset sequence, to no avail. It worked when I bought the car, but did have the battery replaced. Could this have damaged my BT or my reset capabilities? I thought I'd ask the group before taking it to the dealership for "analysis" and probably a high repair bill. Any help would be appreciated.
