Toyota Matrix 2009 base electric steering wheel (not hydrolic) red sign showing left and right turn steering became so jam. I m driving 40 km slowly some time is this fine slow drive? What is the reasons to solve jam steering wheel left and right turn? How to solve with mechanic?not a dealer.
