Is there a compass in my 2021 venza XLE?

I've had several cars with programable seats. This feature in all of them had the mirrors synced with the seat position as well. We bot this beautiful 2021 Venza with the understanding that "programable seats" would include this. But that's not the case. As my wife and I drive this car we end up having to adjust the mirrors every time. Does Toyota have a fix or modification for this? Or is there an aftermarket gizmo that would do it? I've found out that it is very similar to my computer which I have to reboot sometimes. So I turn off the car and exit as well as lock it. Then try it again. Set the seat and steering wheel position to your liking. press "set" button and after 3 seconds hit the number 1 or 2 and listen to it beep. If it doesn't beep go through the process once again. What intrigues me is that the side mirrors are not programmable along with the seats position. There is a web site that shows it as programmable but that is not what the owners manual says.
