And when I called to report the same problem they pretended that they were unaware of the issue and like i was the only one that called about it as if i am stupid

I was fortunate enough to have read that you need to do an oi change at 1000 miles as there will be fillings loose from the pistons that will shed. So yes this is what your are seeing apparently it hasn't caused any damage just needs to be removed
