Hello, this is my first post. Thank you to all who may respond to give helpful insight to my problem. Just bought my 2019 highlander LE. It has more bells and whistle than I ever wanted but that's the way it goes these days. I manually stop the tailgate from closing on pvc pipes i was hauling that extended out the back of the tailgate and the alarm to indicate it was open would not stop beeping. Can I some how turn this off? I can not imagine having to listen to this on a long trip!. Thank you for your concern in advance. Happy Highlander days to you all!
