No, there are no warning lights. I can't switch from ECO mode to any other mode. I will go to a dealer. Thanks

Does anyone here know how the engine modes work? I have a 2014 Toyota Avalon Hybrid and its "stuck" in ECO mode. I used to be able to switch it from ECO to EV to Sport Mode but now I cannot switch it out of ECO mode. I generally keep it there anyway but there are times that I'd like to switch it into SPORT mode. Any ideas? Thanks!
