Just bought 2009 Vibe and like everything about it except the seats in the front have an uncomfortable metal wire horizontally near upper back area under the seam Is this a joke engineering design... It is the worst thing to dig into a spine in your back.. Wondering what others have done if the matrix seat is the same. I am thinking of putting a piece of foam over just the wire area , thin strip of foam all the way across. They could have easily put foam over it at the original design site rather than me having to do it ...makes me angry as the car is great but almost undriveable for more than 10 minutes due to this wire sticking into your back! My 05 matrix seat is great, cant swap it probably due to SRS side air bag and mounting not sure would work Sad. Do i sell car because of one little wire that ruins driving?
