Just bought my 83 year old mother a 2001 XLS w/51,000 miles in great shape. She loves it adn it does drive good. I'm changing the oil/filter & Air Filter but can't get the flat screw (that's what I'm calling it) to turn to release the glove box to get behind it and change the Cabin Air Filter. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Does it take a special tool? My '03 Lexus is easy to replace. Thanks in advance. Trip
