Can anyone direct me to a link for a tutorial on adjusting the headlights on an '04' Corolla? I have tried using the wheel with teeth on the back of the headlights (newly installed) but it doesn't seem to have any effect. They are both aimed 4 or 5 feet in front of the vehicle. Thank you.
