Check the neutral safety switch.

Please help somebody. 2003 Matrix XR AWD (AT) does not crank. I removed starter and check ignition from key, it works well. but installed on the motor, does not crank. I checked starter, battery on the Auto Zone, they are good condition. The neutral safety switch and motor grounding are checked and ok. Crank shaft does not locked. Please advise.
