My 2015 Toyota Corolla LE, (ODO 23k miles) steering wheel radio controls are not working. The buttons affected are the phone/bluetooth controls, the volume up/down, and the mode buttons. The display button and cruise control work 100% of the time. I've taken it to the dealership but they wanted to charge me 200 for the diagnostics. What is the problem and how can I fix this?
